The reasons to know their identity are
- intervene before they escalate like the people with whom they have associated:
- Stephen Corson who has been doing roadside sign waiving events for years, carried a cross from Utah to DC in 2011, harassed people at 89/89A in 2020, went to J6 Capitol Riot with 10 others and now has a Committee of Safety group and a float in the 4th of July parade with a III% flag.
- David Crosby, friendly business man who went to J6 Capitol Riot with support from Kanab City Chief of Police, family and many friends.
- Robert Brissette who posted on social media how angry we was at liberal neighbors, joked about back hoe murder then went to a Black Lives Matter rally to scream at and covid-cough on two women waiving signs for BLM. In 2021, he threatened different liberals with mass shooting, was arrested then killed in October 2021 following an altercation in Fredonia, Arizon.
- Jeff Schwilk, after lawsuits and FBI raids for his anti-immigrant hate groups and activity in California, he began Kanab Patriots in response to events in Kanab supporting Black Lives Matter.
- Notify FBI if any of these people were one of the 11 from our area who went to Jan 6 Insurrection or are involved in future violence.
Some continue extremist activity, including:
- Bundy’s Peoples Rights Anti-government recruitment & training in Kanab
- advancement of local FB extremist page Kanab Patriots: anti-government, anti-mask, anti-vaccine, harass liberals/democrats, spread misinformation & conspiracy theories, encourage “now we must fight to the death to save our republic”
- Rallies for “Save America” at 89/89A with Steve Corson & Robert Brissette
- Rallies, booths & floats with PATRIOT PRAYER shirts, III% flags with Stephen Corson, Lois Corson, Colleen Houston, Shawna Cox, Sindi Vetere (Capitol Insurrection)
