(Updated 01/27/2023): Social media posts reveal that ELEVEN area residents and their family attended the Jan 5-6 Stop-the-Steal rallies and the J6 Insurrection at the Capitol in Washington, DC. Public posts reveal the identity of four adults of the eleven and knowledge of the identities of some by their friends.

The term insurrectionist is used because each of the identified posted intent to disrupt government proceedings and/or overthrow the government to “fight for Trump.” Photos reveal that at least one, Sindi Vetere, is a Sedition Insider (entered the Capitol or breached barriers) and that Stephen Corson was behind barriers.

The evidence is presented in 9 sections, as follows:

1. Law enforcement praise, Kanab City Police Chief Tom Cram & his son Deputy Colton Cram of Kane County Sheriff’s Office
2. Stephen Corson of Glendale, Utah with brother Mark Corson of Rimrock, AZ. Kanab residents recognize these two from their weekly display of signs and flags at 89/89A including All Lives Matter 2020, Stop-the-Steal 2020 and Save America 2021. Corson joined 1776RM in DC 2022 and the Kane County Committee of Safety with Shawna Cox
3. David Crosby of Kanab, Utah. Dave sold Crosby Home & Farm to son and took the head position of an LDS mission in Chile.
4. Sindi Johnston Brown Vetere and mother Shawna Cox of Kanab, Utah. Sindi’s posts & Corson’s videos reveal that Sindi & Shawna were inside the capitol and near Ashli Babbitt when she was shot. After their return, Sindi ran for Mayor of Kanab, Utah. She owns AA Sanitation and the Kanab Sinclair building. Shawna Cox formed the Kane County Committee of Safety, hosted a Constitution class & as area representative for Ammon Bundy’s People’s Rights Movement promoted his 04/2021 event at Kanab Center. Together with Steve Corson & Colleen Houston they hold rallies, classes, booths & floats with group name “Committee of Safety” with III%er flags.
5. Friend of Ly “Tana” Kou of Kanab, Utah. Partner of hate group founder and veteran Jeff Schwilk from Oceanside, CA, 2016.
6. Friends of Sally Bunting Kasey, co-owner Raven’s Nest Campground with William Kaley in Panguitch, UT
7. NEW: Non-residents with Kanab connections: Nathan Millet of Colorado, Hayden Ballard a UT Public Lands Attorney from Fredonia, AZ , and three friends: Becky Joblanski & Billy Hasselblad of Washington with Sterling Graham Shadowwolf of Utah, a Kanab Patriot.

Local Law Enforcement Support, Praise (1 of 9)

Police Chief Tom Cram and his son Colton Cram, deputy at Kane County Sheriff’s Office, show their support of David Crosby and Steve Corson. The Cram family members are all in law enforcement or employed by Kanab City or Kane County (see Google Slideshow end of this section and KURW post Meet Your Neighbors: Red Level).

Update 08/09/22: Steve Corson brags about returning to DC in 2022 and again in 2023, since Jan 6 DC Riot.

Upon returning from storming the US Capitol January 6, 2021, Corson continued his roadside rallies in Utah & Arizona with themes of “Save America”, “Medical Freedom” and protesting Planned Parenthood. He joined Ammon Bundy’s People’s Rights Network (see KURW post Ammon Bundy’s People’s Rights Recruitment in Kanab. Kudos Kane County Office of Terrorism) and fellow J6er Shawna Cox’s Committee of Safety. The Committee of Safety hosted presentations on the US Constitution, booths at local events like Western Legends and a float in Kanab’s 4th of July parade 2021 adorned with a III% flag. Their preparedness fair was promoted, attended and praised by recently elected Kane County Commissioner Patty Kubeja.

Corson returned to DC in 2022 with the 1776 Revolutionary Movement, 1776RM) and again in 2023 with fellow J6ers Kelly and Josh. He was with the Trucker’s Convoy that branched into 1776RM with leader David Ridell, aka “Santa”.

“this is just a warm up.”

Stephen Corson, Fredonia & McGuireville, AZ formerly Glendale, UT

Social media posts on FB profile Grace Ann Christian and Jeannine Corson report that Stephen Corson and his brother Mark Corson were at the Capitol. Steve posted some of these videos on his YouTube channel “Stephen Corson” https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCsFlyL5qZ2RvCYDsLZjUKvw/featured but none of “the attack” mentioned on Facebook. This channel was suspended by YouTube for violating policy. He then started a second channel “Freedom4USA” https://www.youtube.com/@freedomforusa and posted some of that video there with additional footage of the violence (flash bangs) and him standing behind a person with a bat.

.Lois was active with Steve from their 2011 “carry cross to DC from UT” trip to the weekly rallies for All Lives Matter, MAGA 2020 and Save America 2021 at 89/89A in Kanab. She promotes Q’Anon extremism, is active with Kanab Patriots and is an administrator for a private FB Kane County Patriots Group. Jeannine and Mark Corson of Rimrock/McGuireville, AZ attended rallies in Kanab and Arizona (one with QAnon Shaman) and Mark continues traveling with Steve to rallies at the 2023 SuperBowl and elsewhere. Lois Corson advertised a bus for Stop-the-Steal at DC and Jeannine documented their trip to a “wildprotest” at DC from rallies in Arizona and Georgia because “Trump says to fight for America!”

Background: This was not their first trip of extremism to DC. In 2011, Lois & Stephen carried crosses from Utah to DC. For years, they have displayed their beliefs on the roadsides of Kanab and neighboring Fredonia, Arizona. Those signs have shifted from religious & pro-birth signs to All Lives Matter, MAGA & Stop-the-Steal in 2020 to Save America, Don’t Tread on Me, III% & Anti-vax/Anti-Mask in 2021. They have expanded to forming a “Committee of Safety” group with booths at events, classes & a III% float in Kanab’s 4th of July parade. Following the June 04, 2020 Justice for George Floyd March in Kanab (see SLTRIB article), Steve & Lois joined by Kanab Patriots & residents, began weekly hate rallies at 89/89A.

2022: After Save America rallies, Committee of Safety booths & protests at Planned Parenthoods, Steve joined the truckers’ convoy and bragged “I stood at USA Captiol for first time since Jan.6,2021”.

Dave posted photos of his trip to DC on January 5, 2021. His comments show his excitement for the following day with posts like “wait until tomorrow” , “Trump needs us” and “Yes, Giuliani called for trial by combat”. Dave posted that he was at the Capitol. Her posts near January 6th include tagging Billy Hasselblad of Copalis Beach, Washington & Sterling Graham Shaddowwolf of Orem, Utah. Shadowwolf is a Kanab Patriot & posts extensive extremism.
